  14. I'm doing research to find out what changes we can expect for modems in 
  15. the forseeable future.  I work for an ISP that is in the process of  
  16. adding dial up services (we were strictly a dedicated service providor 
  17. previously) for business customers and we would like to try to anticipate 
  18. potential changes in analog modems to better serve our customers.  Thank
